Health Breaks / Living with Ulcerative Colitis and Vegan Travel. In this video, I discuss my personal life and why I decided a needed a health break. I talk about what has been going on the past few months, how I handled taking a health break and how I'm excited to be back making videos. Part of the break was due to my ulcerative colitis. I've done a few videos in the past about the ups and downs you can go through with ulcerative colitis, including dealing with flares and how a vegan diet has helped my ulcerative colitis. In this video, I discuss my dog Rokki and traveling while being vegan and having ulcerative colitis. While taking a break was hard for me, I know I needed to concentrate on myself. I hope you enjoy this video as I share some of my personal life and I must say, it feels good to be back!
